For people with food allergies, this plan is gluten-, dairy-, and grain-free. It's high in good fats. We've leave out all flours and use yuca, green beans, and sweet potatoes in various forms as carbohydrates.

Benefit: Detoxifies processed foods, feel free of those last few extra pounds.

Configuration: protein, carbohydrates, natural fats.

Sample menu: potato omelet with bacon, rosemary chicken, kale salad and cherry tomatoes.
